Small team. Outsized standards.

We don't fill roles. We find people who raise the bar.

Big agencies scale by adding junior layers and pushing rosters up to 50–100 creators per manager. We went the other way: senior operators only, capped rosters, and real ownership of every campaign end to end.

Seven-figure campaigns. 40 clients. 70+ campaigns closed. If your work mattering is a requirement, not a bonus, keep reading.

What you get.

We ask a lot. Here's what you get in return.

(01)

Work that matters

ProtonVPN. Skillshare. REDMAGIC. Incogni. Milanote. Not "brands you've never heard of."

(02)

Real ownership

No micromanagement. You own your projects end-to-end. We care about outcomes, not hours logged.

(03)

Growth by doing

You'll learn more in 6 months here than in 2 years at a traditional agency. Small team = more responsibility, faster.

(04)

Honest feedback

We tell you where you stand. No politics, no guessing. You'll always know what's working and what isn't.

The profile.

  1. 01

    Obsessives

    You can't stop improving things. Inefficiency feels like a personal insult. You think about problems when you're not supposed to be thinking about problems.

    "Last hire rebuilt our entire reporting dashboard because the old one took 4 clicks instead of 2. Saved us 6 hours/week. No one asked them to."

  2. 02

    Owners

    You don't wait for instructions. You see what needs to be done and you do it. You treat every project like your name is on it—because here, it is.

    "When a campaign went sideways at 11pm, the person who fixed it wasn't asked to. They just did."

  3. 03

    Learners

    You know what you don't know. You ask questions without ego. You take feedback and actually use it. You're measurably better this week than you were last week.

    "We've hired people with zero industry experience who outperformed 5-year veterans—because they learned faster."

  4. 04

    Humans

    Low ego, high respect. You can disagree without being disagreeable. You give credit where it's due. You don't play politics because you're too busy doing actual work.

    "Small team means nowhere to hide—and no need to. We like each other."

The environment.

We don't have an office. We have standards.

// Location

Remote-first

Work from anywhere. We care about what you deliver, not where you sit.

// Culture

Autonomous

No check-ins for the sake of check-ins. You manage your time, we measure results.

// Pace

High velocity

We move fast. Decisions happen in hours, not weeks. If that sounds exhausting, this isn't the place.

// Feedback

Radically honest

Direct, specific, and frequent. You'll never wonder where you stand.

What this pays.

We don't publish salary bands because the roles aren't templated — but we won't waste your time with "competitive comp" euphemisms either.

Include: one thing you shipped that you're proud of, one thing you'd change about how we're already running. That's the screen.

When we open a role, you'll know the compensation band before you apply.
