We founded Not Average in 2022 after watching $2M of brand budget get wasted on exactly that. The model was broken, so we rebuilt it: smaller, more senior, focused on revenue attribution and creator vetting.

One question started it: what if every creator dollar could be traced to revenue?

We started in 2022 with three brands, a shared spreadsheet, and a conviction that revenue was the only metric worth tracking.
